Getting back in shape
I ran a mile today! Wasn't sure my body would let me after having given birth 3 1/2 weeks ago, but I actually had to stop myself from running more. I walked for awhile longer and I feel great!!!

Baby Appt
We had Raelyn's 2 week doc appt today. She is now 7 lbs 4 oz. Yeah!!! She is getting a cute milk belly and the doc said she is healthy and doing great. And we are finding out just how expensive diapers are. Yikes!

Our Beautiful Girl!!!
Raelyn Quinn Franklin came just after 8am on July 30 after only 6 1/2 hours of labor which included less than 40 mins of pushing. I am blessed. She weighs in at 7 lbs and is 20 inches tall.

Baby News
Just had my check-up yesterday. I am now about 1 1/2cm dilated and 70% effaced. And the doc said that Raelyn's head was so low that she could barely feel it from the outside which she told me is good. :) Come on Raelyn, you can come out now.

Baby News
Less than 2 weeks left. Come on Raelyn, we are ready for you. I have been dilated 1 cm for almost 2 weeks now, so hopefully she will come before the due date. The doc has also said she is in a good position so I shouldn't have extra pressure on my back during labor. Yeah for that! Kev and I are definitely ready to have her in our arms. Feel free to come visit us. I will be off work for 3 months after she is born.
