9 Month Appt

Raelyn looks good. She weighs 20lbs and 3.5 oz. She is 26.7 in. tall. She is the perfect size!

6 mo Doc appt

She had her 6 mo appt today. She is 25.75in tall and weighs 14 lb 1.5 oz. The doc said she is about 9 mo developmentally and that we need to feed her meat and other high protein foods to keep up with her active lifestyle. I am feeling real proud of my daughter and how well she is doing. :)

4 mo Doc appt

Raelyn had her 4 month appt today. She got some more shots and screamed for a bit but eventually fell asleep. She is 25" tall and that is in the 90 percentile. She weighs 13 ibs 7 oz and that is the in 50 percentile. She is doing great and is very healthy.

2 mo Doc appt

We went to the Doc today for Raelyn's 2 month check-up. She is 10lbs 13oz and she is 22 3/4 in. tall. For her age she is in the 80 percentile for her height and 60 percentile for her weight. And she is in the 25 percentile in the height-weight ratio. Yeah for absolutely beautiful baby girl!
She also had her first set of shots today. I got a little misty eyed when she started screaming like she was being tortured but I felt better when she calmed down right away when I held her afterwards. And then husband made me feel better by buying me Starbucks chai (it calmed my nerves down). So all in all she is doing fabulous and so are we. :)

Baby Appt

We had Raelyn's 2 week doc appt today. She is now 7 lbs 4 oz. Yeah!!! She is getting a cute milk belly and the doc said she is healthy and doing great. And we are finding out just how expensive diapers are. Yikes!

Our Beautiful Girl!!!

Raelyn Quinn Franklin came just after 8am on July 30 after only 6 1/2 hours of labor which included less than 40 mins of pushing. I am blessed. She weighs in at 7 lbs and is 20 inches tall.
